Qui a le temps de ne pas aimer une vid\u00e9o de chat ? Quelle que soit la raison, il y aura toujours des gens qui ne seront pas d\u2019accord avec vous.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00c0 un moment ou \u00e0 un autre de votre carri\u00e8re, vous rencontrerez un coll\u00e8gue avec lequel vous ne serez pas d\u2019accord. Ne vous accumulez pas &#8211; abordez ce qui vous agace d\u00e8s que possible. Il est normal de ne pas vouloir affronter imm\u00e9diatement une situation probl\u00e9matique, mais il n\u2019est pas utile d\u2019ignorer un probl\u00e8me persistant.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p5\">Ne commencez pas par une plainte \u00e9crite. La plupart du temps, cela n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire et ne fait qu\u2019ajouter de la complexit\u00e9 au probl\u00e8me. Toutefois, dans certaines situations, cela se justifie, comme indiqu\u00e9 ci-dessous.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p5\">Commencez par essayer d\u2019avoir une conversation. La gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des plaintes et des conflits (GICC) peut \u00e9galement apporter son soutien lorsque l\u2019on n\u2019est pas s\u00fbr de la marche \u00e0 suivre.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p5\">D\u00e9poser une plainte \u00e9crite lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un probl\u00e8me persistant et que les autres solutions ont \u00e9chou\u00e9. Utilisez \u00e9galement cette proc\u00e9dure lorsque l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement affecte plusieurs membres.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p3\">Si toutes les autres solutions \u00e9chouent, la seule option qui reste est parfois de se tourner vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et de se changer soi-m\u00eame. Il suffit de l\u00e2cher prise et de passer \u00e0 autre chose.
